It's crashing when I open the ROM, select the Files By Team tab and click on a file underneath a team. Anyone else having this trouble? It wasn't doing this with the previous version of the Editor.

This is an improvement, thank you!

But I'm still having issues. Some of the graphics I'm importing are messed up once in the game. I'm wondering if its because I'm not using the right format with Image Type in the graphic editor.

What is the difference between i4, ia8, ci4, ci8, c16, c16PlusI4 image types? Maybe it would help if I knew how to save my files to fit these formats.

Blitz uses 5 different graphic formats:

  c16   16bit color.  5bit red, 5bit green, 5bit blue, 1bit alpha.  rrrrrggg ggbbbbba
- used when you have over 256 colors in an image

ci8   indexed image, up to 256 colors in the palette.  Indices are 8bit, and palette is c16.
- Used when you have 256 colors or less.

ci4   indexed image, up to 16 colors.  Indices are 4bit, so two per byte.  Palette is c16.
-Used when you have 16 colors or less

The following ones I don't see you using to often:

i4   4bit greyscale image.  Each nibble is a seperate pixel.  Note in-game this is treated as a two-tone image, and they can colorize the "white" and "black" to any color--even transparency.

ia8   intensity+alpha.  Upper nibble is the grey, lower nibble the alpha.

Other things to make note of:
*The team's numbers, socks, and stripes can only have a four-color palette (3+1 transparency), where socks and stripes use the same palette.
*Jerseys can only use 12 colors (11+1 transparent).

I've been sick with the flu, so I'm just now getting back into this. So far, the only issue I see is that I cannot export end zone graphics from the editor. They show up blank in the preview, and black when exported.

So with the exception of the end zone file issue, it's working out good so far. I think I can now start building and populating the rest of the SEC teams.

I made a bunch of graphics changes for a 2021 Blitz. Modified Zoinkity's Texans helmet to match the Blitz helmet model. Removed the Steelers logo from the left side of the helmet. Fix all reversed helmets from the zoinkity patch (see Giants), swapped cities for Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and the biggest change - I put in the Washington Football Team. Still working on some edits before I post it.
