Title: Is there a way to delete teams?

I have some leftover NFL teams that I need to delete from my ROM. Is there a tool or other way to do this?

I can add it, I'm not sure if it can go under 32 teams though.

Hye, just a heads up. Still working on this. Had some things happen in my personal life back in october that has been taking up my personal time :\. I'll see if I can get to this this month. So sorry about the wait.
